For our customers who have an application requiring feedback on motor speed, Motor Technology, Inc. also offers DC tachometers. Our tachometers, which produce an output voltage signal proportional to motor rotational speed, can be purchased separately or can be used in conjunction with our high-quality motors and gearmotors.
Helpful Hint: Although our standard tachometers are 1.25" in diameter and have a maxium output of 5 V/1000 rpm, we can modify our existing DC tachometer line (and even our standard motor line!) to meet the unique requirements of your tachometer application.
