The Motor Technology Model HIR permanent magnet motor, or fractional horsepower motor was designed to provide 0.20 hp in a small package size. The increasing demand for a powerful motor of this size, with reliability, high quality and efficiency has resulted in it being used in a variety of industrial, medical and general aviation applications.
